"Behold, I am the Lord of the universe. I have no duty. Every duty is bondage. But I work for work's sake. If I cease to work for a minute, there would be chaos"
- Srimad Bhagvad Gita

Something about me

I was born on Deepawali day, November 15th, 1982 in New Delhi. I was brought up in Delhi and completed my schooling from Manav Sthali School, New Rajinder Nagar in the year 2000.

I gave the IIT-JEE in the same year and got admitted to IIT Bombay. This was a quite a surprise initially as I had never lived ouside Delhi leave alone without my family. But life is full of such surprises and compromises.

So, I came to IIT Bombay with lots of hopes and expectations some of which were blown apart when I saw the room that I had to share with my roommate for the first time! I mean I was shell shocked! It was just enough for one person and expecting two of us to live in that was torture to say the least! But soon, I started liking the feeling of home away from home that my room gave me and the family bonding that I soon developed with my wingmates. Time flew, and I landed up in a different hostel and in a different wing. Now, I am out of college and dreamily cherish those days :-)

I cherish and remember my school days. They were really fun especially classes VII, VIII, X & XII. I was fortunate to have a lot of good and helping friends who helped me whenever I bunked classes (which I did very regularly). The teachers were also supportive and did not fuss much about attendance.

I like discussing issues regarding life and have strong feelings about religion and philosophy. I also spend time deliberating on life and the issues surrounding it and like reading books on Philosophy and Spirituality.

If any of my long lost friends sees this page and remembers me, do send me an email asap. My email address is : m o h r a h i t @ y a h o o . c o m
