ERICSSON BLUETOOTH MODULES 

We used the Ericsson Application and Training Toolkit containing ROK 101 007/008 for our project on Bluetooth. These kits consist of the ROK 101 007/008 chips and support components for allowing data transfer through Serial/USB ports.

The ROK 101 007 is a point-to-multi-point and ROK 101 008 is a point-to-point communication module which implements the Bluetooth stack upto the HCI layer. The toolkits contains these modules along with the required antenna and peripherals which can be directly used for testing and product development. Their availability has gone down and we searched a lot for buying them but did not have much success.

Note that with these modules, you will need to make a PCB with some support components so as to enable Serial/USB I/O from them. You will also need to add the antenna. Adding these will make the PCB similar to the Application and Training Toolkits.
